RightSure Insurance Group has acquired California-based Auto & Property Insurance Solutions.
The acquisition deal was closed on December 27, 2017.
Auto & Property Insurance Solutions of National City, CA offers products in the home, auto, life and commercial insurance segments. Following the acquisition, policyholders with RightSure will continue to enjoy their current policies while gaining access to RightSure’s call center and its “licensed and highly-experienced team,” for “a modern and hassle-free insurance experience,” a release said.
“Our goal is to empower customers to make confident insurance decisions,” commented RightSure president R. Jeffery Arnold.
According to a release, Auto & Property Insurance Solutions is RightSure’s fourteenth book of business acquisition. The acquisition broadens the company’s suite of insurance products and its market share in the state of California. Currently, the company provides insurance products to customers in 42 states.
RightSure’s previous acquisition was the Tucson-based independent agency Arizona Economy Insurance.
