Jennifer Wilson has over 28 years of experience in the industry, primarily in the specialty claims, cyber risk, and risk management sector. As the cyber practice leader for HUB New England, she is responsible for managing both Tech E&O and Cyber risk coverage negotiation and placement, as well as cyber risk claims advocacy.
Wilson’s role involves negotiating directly with Cyber and Tech E&O underwriters to include the broadest terms available in the marketplace while maintaining the most cost-effective pricing. Her role also involves client education and training on the current trends and exposures as well as strategic planning on the most effective coverage solutions. As the national cyber claims lead at HUB, she has established best practices in cyber claims coverage analysis and negotiation.
She acknowledges the work of her team, which provides high-level expertise to the company’s clients in all aspects of cyber risk, such as policy form negotiation, pre-loss services, vendor selection, and coverage review and advocacy, among many others.
Wilson is a Certified Mediator and a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Advisor. She joined HUB International in 2014 and plays an integral role in contributing to the company’s business development success by analyzing client exposures and providing the optimum risk transfer and claims mitigation solutions. One of the ways that Wilson differentiates herself at HUB is her ability to identify solutions to challenges before they become issues.
She is a regular contributor to the Women in Insurance Global Network and is part of the advisory panel for Insurance Business America. She is honored to be recognized as one of IB’s Elite Women for 2022. Other accolades include being on IB’s Hot 100 list for 2022 and being nominated for the 2020 Boston Insurance Women to Watch Award
