CRC Group – a nationwide wholesale distributor of specialty insurance – has appointed Garrett Koehn and Brent Tredway to serve as co-presidents of the company’s brokerage division.
The appointments are effective January 01, 2021.
Although Koehn and Tredway will both assume national leadership roles as co-presidents of the brokerage division, they will divide primary responsibilities, a company release said.
Koehn, who will be based in San Francisco, CA, will lead the company’s efforts related to engagement with national customers and the London market, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and insurtech strategies and partnerships.
Meanwhile, Tredway – who will be based in Houston, TX – will lead the company’s efforts around carrier engagement, new and emerging markets, and sales management.
“Garrett and Brent have both played key roles in the leadership, direction, and success of our CRC Group’s brokerage division for the last decade plus, and I’m excited to see the impact they will make going forward in their new leadership roles,” said CRC Group commercial solutions business president Mike Brennan.
Brennan also added that the appointment of the two reflects “the deep bench of leaders” that CRC Group has at every level.
Both Koehn and Tredway will report to Brennan, who also assumes his role as CRC Group commercial solutions business president next year.
