According to her LinkedIn, she holds a bachelor of science degree in geology from the University of Manchester, as well as a master of science in applied geoscience and management from the same university.
AXA XL UK and Lloyd’s CEO Sean McGovern said that Roberts-Mills’ appointment is an important step in the firm’s mission of ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients to transition to net zero.
“Her extensive global insurance and risk management experience, combined with her knowledge of being client-side places her in a unique position to understand our insureds’ perspective and bring the very best of AXA to those clients and partner with them through their transition. This is an important strategic initiative for us and I am delighted to welcome Vicky to the team,” McGovern said.
Elsewhere in the firm, the insurer also appointed Dan Bendavid as its global lead for innovation as part of the operations and technology team.
